The Brown County Homeless and Housing Coalition meeting is held from 8:30 am -10:00 am the second Wednesday of each month.
The meetings are located at the Green Bay Community Church located at 600 Cardinal Lane. Please look for signs in the lobby directing you to the correct room.

Balance of State (BOS)
A statewide coalition comprised of 21 local COC’s (Continuum of Care), representing 69 counties throughout the state of Wisconsin. Balance of State meetings occur quarterly in February, May, August and November in various regions of the state and multiple committees for involvement. Members from our coalition attend these quarterly meetings and bring updates to the large group as required.

Hunger and Homeless Awareness
The committee meets as needed at the Wisconsin Job Center. Please email the chair to learn the specific meeting date.

Committee meets monthly to discuss the local coordinated entry process for clients to access housing services and identify gaps in service to help in grant writing and future development of programming. This committee meets on the second Monday of each month at New Community Shelter at 1 pm.
