The Advocacy / Public Relations /Social Media Committee is responsible for keeping the Coalition engaged and connected with the community by educating the public on Coalition initiatives as well as the activities of its members. The committee also assists in raising awareness of Coalition sponsored events, by issuing promotional materials and media releases, maintaining the website and social media site, and engaging in public speaking opportunities that help educate the community on the Coalition. This committee develops coherent unifying messages about needed services that committee can use to inform the community and that the Coalition members can use to advocate for the development of these service This committee is also responsible for the Coalition Facebook and web page.
Committee meets 2nd Wednesday of the month after the Coalition meeting at Green Bay Community Church.
