HOT Team / Basic Needs
Homeless Outreach Team (HOT)– A direct “boots on the ground” effort to help homeless individuals/ families. Build trust, rapport and provide resources from community partners.
Basic Needs– Collaborates with all homeless partner agencies to provide Communication, coordination and access to services for all of those in need within the Continuum of Care.
