R.E. Management, Inc. (REMI) manages three (3) affordable apartment complexes in the city of Green Bay that serve low-income elderly (62+) and/or disabled households. Badger Terrace (BTA), located on the west side of Green Bay, has 120 one-bedroom apartments. Badger Terrace Apartments, built in 1981, was fully rehabbed in 2012. Trail Creek (TCA) and Woodland Park (WPA) Apartments, located on Green Bay’s east side, were built in 2011. Trail Creek has 65 one-bedroom and 5 two-bedroom apartments. Woodland Park has 76 one-bedroom and 4 two-bedroom apartments. In addition to submitting a REMI application (which can be found on our website: www.remanagementwi.com), applicants that are interested in either/both east side locations (TCA & WPA) must also be on Integrated Community Solutions’ (ICS) Project-Based Waitlist.

Lime Tree Terrace Apartments, located on the east side of Green Bay, has twenty-six (26) two-bedroom apartments, eight (8) 3-bedroom townhouses and two (2) 2-bedroom ADA units. Parkview Terrace Apartments has thirty-five (35) two-bedroom apartments, ten (10) 3-bedroom townhouses and three (3) 2-bedroom ADA units. Single adults, without dependent children, may also be eligible for tenancy in the ADA units. Both family sites were constructed in 1981 and fully rehabbed in 2012. The Green Bay Housing Authority’s primary role is to oversee the Mason Manor high rise and the Scattered Sites public housing units. It is also responsible for issuing housing revenue bonds.
