The HOT Team works at the intersection of outreach, coordination, and direct service, ensuring that individuals and families experiencing homelessness can quickly connect to the resources they need.

Action Statement

Homeless Outreach Team: A direct “boots on the ground” effort to help homeless individuals and families. The team builds trust and rapport while providing immediate connection to resources from community partners.

Basic Needs Collaborates with all homeless partner agencies to provide communication, coordination, and access to essential services for all individuals in need within the Continuum of Care.
