Systems Committee

The Systems Committee focuses on strengthening the overall homeless response system in Brown County through data-driven decision making, coordinated planning, and continuous quality improvement. This includes aligning local efforts with the Wisconsin Balance of State Continuum of Care (WIBOSCOC) action plan and requirements.

The committee reviews and discusses key system performance data, including Coordinated Entry processes, Point-in-Time (PIT) Homeless Count results, and other system-level indicators to understand trends, identify barriers, and improve outcomes for individuals experiencing homelessness.

Through this work, the committee identifies gaps in the system and develops practical, actionable solutions to improve efficiency, access, and effectiveness across the Continuum of Care.
