Service Providers Committee
The Service Providers Committee is designed for case managers, program staff, and direct service professionals working across the Continuum of Care. It is a collaborative space to strengthen coordination, improve service delivery, and ensure that individuals and families experiencing homelessness receive timely, effective, and connected care across systems.
Service Providers Action Statement
The Service Providers Committee aims to strengthen the delivery of services for individuals experiencing homelessness in Brown County. Meetings are focused on inter-agency coordination and case management collaboration to improve system-wide responses to client needs.
The committee works across prevention, emergency shelter, transitional housing, permanent housing, and supportive services to address both immediate needs and long-term stability. It identifies unmet needs and service gaps, and partners with the Public Relations and Advocacy Committees to elevate awareness and drive community response.
This committee also works in alignment with the Wisconsin Balance of State Continuum of Care to support implementation of state-level directives and best practices.
