The Brown County Homeless and Housing Coalition serves the Brown County community. Various steps are involved in breaking the cycle of poverty. The first in this sequence is safe and stable housing. The BCHHC devotes its time and expertise to act as a networking organization among other community help groups to make a difference.
Purpose of the General Meeting
Strengthen collaboration among housing and homeless service providers in Brown County
Share updates, resources, and system-wide information across the Continuum of Care
Identify gaps in services and coordinate responses to emerging community needs
Support a coordinated, community-wide approach to ending homelessness
