RE Management has provided management services in the affordable housing marketplace since 1988. The principals of RE Management have been the management agents for four affordable housing complexes in Green Bay since the complexes were developed in 1980 and 1981.
The Green Bay Housing Authority’s primary role is to oversee the Mason Manor high rise and the Scattered Sites public housing units. It is also responsible for issuing housing revenue bonds.
