Job Summary:
The Program Manager, as part of the leadership team, plans, implements, coordinates, administers, and evaluates House of Hope programs and services. This position is responsible for the supervision, scheduling, coaching, training, and evaluation of Program Specialists.

Essential Duties:
Plans, implements, administers, and evaluates Client programming in coordination with the leadership team to provide high quality opportunities for the advancement and success of young mothers and their children in the areas of parenting, education, employment, and stable housing.
